Our client, a technology & innovation company is looking for an experienced Influencer Sales lead to join their team. The role will lead a team of Executives -Influencer eco system and mentor them by working with them on the ground. The individual needs to be internally motivated, purpose driven and energetic enough to build something impactful.
Responsibilities
- Own and Achieve Business Goals of the influencer eco system.
- Onboard Practicing CPAs and organizations on the company and create a pool of CPAs acting as brand ambassadors of the organization.
- Achieve Business results through acquisition on new CPAs and retention of existing CPAs and referral sales through CPAs
- Build a healthy relationship with CPA organizations and apex bodies (ICPAK, KASNEB)
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
- Elevate the organization's market share in the accounting software industry to new heights
- Significantly boost the profitability of the organization's partners
- Deliver unparalleled customer delight that sets new industry standards
Requirements
- Graduate with specialization on accounts and finance, preferably a CPA.
- 7-10 years in managing Direct and indirect sales in similar space.
- Managing and nurturing teams.
- Good command over Swahili and English.
- Good communication skills, team management, disciplined execution.
