Our client, a technology & innovation company is looking for an experienced Certified Partner Success lead. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the value of each partnership. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and managing partnerships, as well as a network of contacts in the business community.
Responsibilities
- Owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing the existing Certified partners network and partner growth.
- Lead the Certified partners team.
- Nurture the existing certified partner network and help them build their organizations.
- Be hands on with the ground level activities to be able to lead from the front.
- Be internally motivated, purpose driven and energetic enough to build something impactful.
- Monitoring industry trends, new regulations, and technological advances that may impact the business.
- Lead a team of executives and mentor them by working with them on the ground.
- Elevate our client's market share in the accounting software industry to new heights,
- Deeply embed the product and brand across every district within the zone,
- Significantly boost the profitability of our partners
- Deliver unparalleled customer delight that sets new industry standard.
- Developing strategic plans with partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Managing relationships with partners to ensure they are satisfied with the partnership's performance.
- Reviewing contracts with partners to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Work with partners to create a jointly own the business plan of certified partners.
- Managing and nurturing Sales teams.
- Own and achieve the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing the certified partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- Graduate preferably from Sales/Marketing specialization.
- 5 – 7 years' in managing direct and indirect sales operations in similar space
- Managing and nurturing Sales teams.
- Experience with ICT Channels and partner management in Kenya.
- Good Communication skills, team management and discipline execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with excellent follow-through
- Creative thinker with ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Team Management skills.
- Hands on experience in field sales.
