Our client, a real estate developer seeks to bring on board an IT Administrator who will be responsible for the organization's desktop, laptop configuration, mobile device, and application support including Windows operating systems, and other in-house applications. This is a very hands-on role and an internal customer-facing role, which requires excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with excellent verbal communication skills.
In consultation with the IT Manager, the incumbent contributes to the efficient allocation of computer hardware and software resources, maintains business applications, and ensures the reliability and sustainability of information and communication resources.
Responsibilities
- Root cause identification and remediation on various hardware and software platforms
- Understand and manage all the software for all the systems i.e. parking management, one drive, cameras, access control, PAVA.
- Give suggestions on how to improve the overall networking of the Centre.
- Resolve all camera related issues and to keep track of all inventories assigned to you.
- Manage all networking and fiber cables within the Centre.
- Work with the website team and give suggestions on how to improve the efficiency for the same.
- Ensure all hardware and software is moving smoothly by frequent checks and cleaning.
- Keep track of all anti-virus licenses, government licenses i.e. kamp-prisk license for pava, software licenses if any.
- Detect and resolve any issues in relation to the network and data connectivity issues.
- Keep up-to date with all new technological advancements.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or verifiable commensurate experience
- 4-6years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing all aspects of networking and Microsoft products at desktop level.
- Ability to manage all ISPs.
- Experience supporting basic network technologies.
- Experience with integrations, mergers, and acquisitions preferred.
- Impeccable attendance and superior customer service / communications skills required.
