Our client, a startup company is looking to hire a high-performing Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the growth of their inbound sales channels. Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our client's brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
Responsibilities
- Developing marketing strategies-create comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
- Develop and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Conducting market research to identify target demographics, understand customer behaviour and assess competitor activities.
- Determine the unique selling points of the paper cups and develop strategies to position them effectively in the market.
- Developing engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, videos and infographics to attract and engage the target audience.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, e-mail marketing etc.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as trade shows, events and print advertising to reach potential customers.
- Budget management-manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Customer relationship management-maintain relationships with existing customers to foster brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Degree in sales and marketing, business administration or related course.
- 5 - 7 years working experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
