Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. The role will handle the daily record-updating and documentation of the human resources department and act as the primary contact person for any HR-related queries. Ensures that the HR department is inputting their data records and preparing vital HR documents correctly. The role requires you to be well-versed in important human resource domains like record-keeping, internal and external communications, analyses and reporting, and arranging logistics.
Responsibilities
- Manage the training calendar and ensure trainings are on schedule
- Carry out soft skill trainings
- Management of overtime and employee tardiness
- Ensure Accurate HR files
- Enforcement of the company policies
- Carry out hearings and prepare all documentation
- Improve HR policy manual during the annual review process
- Payroll Management and Accuracy - Bonus & reward payments.
- Overtime Scheduling - Overtime Management, weekly shift planning
- Notifications to labor office on time where necessary
- Manage the employee scheduling for the coming week and upload to workpay
- Employee Benefits Administration - WIBA, Medical Insurance, OSHA Payments.
- Leave Management Accuracy - Documentation and Workpay records.
- Management Training - Disciplinary, leave procedures, Workpay Scheduling, staff requisition
- Safety and Security - Orientation for contractors, OSHA Office and Committee Liaison
- Recruitment and Selection - job posting, ATS Management, shortlisting
- Manage all casual employees - recruitment - contracts, orientation, end of contracts, PPE'S
- Manage the team scores and share with them monthly
- Compliance - Labor Relations Liaison, regular employee handbook update.
- Disciplinary and Grievance - legal documentation, and committee procedures.
- HR Data Management - Contracts, manage employee data.
- Manage the employees on PIP's, regular meeting setup and minutes
- Daily Attendance Dashboard
- Assist HR People Manager where needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR administration
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
- Experience working with Workpay.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
